"I had some issue with one of my toner, when the machine sits for a while between printouts. The Magenta cartridge just replaced and is sporadically leaving red spots on the pages. Usually after a couple of prints, I called them and they spend time to find out the reason. I came the day after and they change it immediately and the problem was solved. I’ll spread the name to my friend and recommend them to any one I know”.
